Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g sliced carrot(s)
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 onions
- 1 cup of cream
- ½ liter vegetable broth
- 1 bunch of parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, dice the onions and fry them with the minced meat until browned to your liking. Then, add the carrots and sauté them for a few minutes. Then, if desired, add the broth. Stir in the cream and sprinkle the chopped parsley on top. We serve it with rice or potatoes.
