Creamed Cucumber Salad

  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 100 g Salad cream
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sugar


  • Peel the cucumber, cut in half, cut, season with salt and place on a sieve to drain. Peel the onion, cut in half vertically, cut off the wagon and finely dice into (brunoise), stir the cream of the salad and creme fraiche until smooth. Season the onion, cucumber, salt, pepper with a pinch of sugar and lemon juice.
