Creamed herring with curry and garlic

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of fish (cream herring), 500 g
  • 1 tsp curry powder (mild)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 large eggs, boiled
  • Pepper, ground from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

It’s quick and something different

Empty the contents of the creamed herring packet into a bowl and mix well with the curry and garlic. Peel and roughly chop the eggs, and add them to the herring. Season with pepper and stir everything together. Let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour to allow the garlic to infuse. Serve with boiled or jacket potatoes.
