Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 kohlrabi
- 50 ml cream
- some butter for butter flakes
- Salt
- Sugar

Peel the kohlrabi and slice it into thin slices. Finely slice the small kohlrabi leaves and set aside. You’ll need them later. Season the kohlrabi slices in a saucepan with salt and sugar. After six to eight minutes, add a few knobs of butter, cover, and cook in its own juices for about six to seven minutes. Then stir in the cream and add the finely sliced kohlrabi leaves.
