Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg broccoli
- 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 150 – 200 g
- 1 large onion(s)
- some water
- 85 ml apple cider vinegar
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes
Cut the broccoli into small florets and add them to hot water for about 4 minutes. It should still be crunchy. Chop the onions; the size doesn’t matter. Mix the sour cream with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and water in a small bowl. Add the onions and season with salt and pepper. Pour the salad dressing over the drained broccoli and mix well. The salad tastes so refreshing. Enjoy.
