Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 4 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 pinch of cumin
- 1 pinch of coriander
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Sauté the diced carrots in oil and water until soft. Add the garlic press, vinegar, and spices. Season to taste and sprinkle with parsley. Let it marinate and serve cold.
