Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 small banana(s)
- 100 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 15 g oat flakes
- some water, hot
- 1 tbsp muesli (crunchy muesli)
- 1 tsp, heaped Stevia, as needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Orange-banana yogurt with cereals
Pour some hot water over the oatmeal and let it swell. Meanwhile, squeeze the orange juice and blend it with the banana. Add the yogurt and sweeten with a little stevia. Stir in the oatmeal and sprinkle with some granola.
