Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 100 g Emmental cheese

Low carb, quick and delicious
Combine the cream cheese, salt, and pepper in a large skillet and melt the cheese over medium heat. Cut the bell pepper into thin, short strips and add them to the sauce. Spiralize the cucumber into spaghetti-like pieces using a spiralizer. Once the sauce is creamy, add the cucumber noodles to the skillet and stir in. Once the cucumber is warm, immediately remove from the skillet and divide among plates. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the cucumber and bell pepper noodles.
