Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 kg chard
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 cup sour cream or sour milk
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tbsp stock powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the onion and garlic and sauté in sunflower oil. Finely slice the chard and blanch. Then add it to the onions and garlic and sauté for about 10 minutes. Season generously with salt, pepper, and bouillon powder. Dice the feta cheese and add it. Stir in sour milk or sour cream, and you’re done. It goes wonderfully with ciabatta. Tip: Once the chard is arranged on the plate, top it with fresh yogurt. It’s a great meal—but only suitable for the weekend because of the garlic!
