Quail eggs on a bed of ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 quail eggs
  • 5 slices of cooked ham
  • n. B. Pepper, black
  • n. B. Butter, e.g. sour cream butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Halve the ham and line buttered muffin tins with the halves. Crack the eggs and carefully drop them in. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with pepper.
