Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 1 ½ tbsp vinegar, mild
- ½ tsp curry powder, mild
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 ½ tbsp rapeseed oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 tbsp dill tips
- 2 cucumbers
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the crème fraîche, vinegar, curry powder, and mustard in a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender until creamy. Whisk in the oil and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir in the dill sprigs. Peel and grate the cucumbers, and toss with the dressing.
