quickly prepared curry

Combine all ingredients except the butter, meat, and vegetable stock cube in a saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then add the butter and half of the vegetable stock cube. Mix everything together and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, add the minced meat and simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked through. Season the curry with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. For a less spicy version, use the adjusted quantities and otherwise prepare as described above. The curry is slightly spicy and sour, but very creamy and smells wonderful! Serve with rice or naan bread. I used rice.
