Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp flour
- 250 ml chicken broth
- 100 g cream cheese spread
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- some pepper, white
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 1 spring onion(s)
- some fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the chicken breast fillets in a pan with a little fat. In the meantime, peel and roughly dice the garlic. Remove the chicken from the pan and briefly fry the garlic in the same pan. Once the garlic is lightly browned, add the flour to the pan and fry it briefly with the remaining fat. Then slowly add the chicken stock and bring to a boil (tip: if you like, you can also puree the garlic in the sauce). Then add the processed cheese, let it melt, and season with pepper and soy sauce. Now slice the spring onion. When the sauce has reached the desired consistency, return the meat to the sauce and heat through. Add the spring onions and Parmesan cheese and let it cook briefly. We like to serve it with mashed potatoes and cauliflower sautéed in butter and breadcrumbs.
