Creamy Goat Cheese in Ham with Pear

  • 3 piece Goat cream cheese thaler
  • 3 piece Ham air dried
  • Italian herbs
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 piece Pear fresh
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Place a fresh goat’s cheese thaler on a slice of ham and wrap, sprinkle with some Italian herbs on top. Peel the pear and cut into slices.
  2. Put some olive oil in a pan and add the cheese packets and pear slices, also sprinkling them lightly with the herbs. Turn both over. Serve and sprinkle with pepper.
  3. This combination with the pear and the light herbal note tastes very fine.
