Creamy Goat Cheese in Ham with Pear

- 3 piece Goat cream cheese thaler
- 3 piece Ham air dried
- Italian herbs
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 piece Pear fresh
- Black pepper from the mill
- Place a fresh goat’s cheese thaler on a slice of ham and wrap, sprinkle with some Italian herbs on top. Peel the pear and cut into slices.
- Put some olive oil in a pan and add the cheese packets and pear slices, also sprinkling them lightly with the herbs. Turn both over. Serve and sprinkle with pepper.
