Vegetable Stew with Ravioli

The perfect vegetable stew with ravioli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Floury potatoes
  • 3 piece Carrots or carrots
  • 1 piece Kohlrabi fresh
  • 1 medium sized Onion
  • 2 liter Homemade vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 medium sized Vegetable sausage cut
  • 1 tbsp Caraway seed
  1. Peel, wash and chop the vegetables, peel the onions and sauté them in a little butter, set them aside and let them cool.
  2. Cook the chopped vegetables in the vegetable broth, as the potatoes are floury, the soup is well thickened.
  3. Cut the vegetable sausages into small pieces, add the tempered onions and caraway seeds (if you don’t like them, just leave them out) and let everything steep.
