Ingredients
- 4 piece Floury potatoes
- 3 piece Carrots or carrots
- 1 piece Kohlrabi fresh
- 1 medium sized Onion
- 2 liter Homemade vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 medium sized Vegetable sausage cut
- 1 tbsp Caraway seed
Instructions
- Peel, wash and chop the vegetables, peel the onions and sauté them in a little butter, set them aside and let them cool.
- Cook the chopped vegetables in the vegetable broth, as the potatoes are floury, the soup is well thickened.
- Cut the vegetable sausages into small pieces, add the tempered onions and caraway seeds (if you don't like them, just leave them out) and let everything steep.
