Vegetable Stew with Ravioli

Ingredients
 

  • 4 piece Floury potatoes
  • 3 piece Carrots or carrots
  • 1 piece Kohlrabi fresh
  • 1 medium sized Onion
  • 2 liter Homemade vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 medium sized Vegetable sausage cut
  • 1 tbsp Caraway seed

Instructions
 

  • Peel, wash and chop the vegetables, peel the onions and sauté them in a little butter, set them aside and let them cool.
  • Cook the chopped vegetables in the vegetable broth, as the potatoes are floury, the soup is well thickened.
  • Cut the vegetable sausages into small pieces, add the tempered onions and caraway seeds (if you don't like them, just leave them out) and let everything steep.
