Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g quark 40%
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • n. B. Cress
  • n. B. Borage

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the quark. Dice the onion and garlic and add to the quark. Finely chop all the herbs except the chives and mix with the quark. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour the herb quark into a glass bowl and sprinkle with chives. Goes well with boiled potatoes.
