Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 kohlrabi
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel and wash the kohlrabi, halve, quarter, and thinly slice. Peel and finely dice the onion, and sauté in the oil until translucent. Add the kohlrabi, sauté briefly, season, and deglaze with the cream. Simmer until the kohlrabi is tender, then season to taste.
