Creamy minced meat and onion ragout

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 100 ml red wine, dry, or beef broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small can of corn (150 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Clean and wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Separate the white parts from the green parts. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the white parts of the onion. Add the minced meat and fry until well browned. Set aside a few green onion rings and add the rest to the minced meat. Sprinkle the flour over the onions and sauté briefly. Season with cream and wine, bring to a boil, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the corn and heat for about 5 minutes. Season the ragout to taste, garnish with the remaining onions, and serve.
