Creamy Mushroom Pan

The perfect creamy mushroom pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1000 g Mushrooms
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 3 Pc. Red peppers
  • 3 Pc. Onions
  • 2 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 1 packet Cream
  • 1 packet Cream sauce
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Frying fat (animal fat)
  1. Put the minced meat in a hot pan and fry it. Chop repeatedly with a wooden spoon. then add a chopped onion and clove of garlic. Fry for about 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper
  2. Heat two pans and fry the mushrooms alternately from one pan to the other. Constantly pour off the excess water.
  3. Then add the bell peppers, the other two chopped onions and garlic cloves and cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Then put everything together, stir in the cream and cream sauce and season with cayenne pepper, paprika and salt. Let rest under low heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. I recommend baguette, pasta or rice with it
