Creamy Mushroom Pan
The perfect creamy mushroom pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1000 g Mushrooms
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 3 Pc. Red peppers
- 3 Pc. Onions
- 2 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 1 packet Cream
- 1 packet Cream sauce
- Cayenne pepper
- Sweet paprika powder
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Frying fat (animal fat)
- Put the minced meat in a hot pan and fry it. Chop repeatedly with a wooden spoon. then add a chopped onion and clove of garlic. Fry for about 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper
- Heat two pans and fry the mushrooms alternately from one pan to the other. Constantly pour off the excess water.
- Then add the bell peppers, the other two chopped onions and garlic cloves and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Then put everything together, stir in the cream and cream sauce and season with cayenne pepper, paprika and salt. Let rest under low heat for about 10 minutes.
- I recommend baguette, pasta or rice with it
