Ingredients
- 400 g Ready-Made gnocchi product
- 250 g Cream
- 1 Shallot
- 300 g Forest mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Clarified butter
- Salt mixture salt, paprika, rosemary, parsley, basil, oregano, tomato flakes)
- Pepper mix pepper, sea salt; Cardamom, coriander, pink berries, smoked salt)
- Finely chopped parsley
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and wash them briefly, finely chop the shallots. Cook the gnocchi in the boiling water. Heat clarified butter. Sauté the shallots, then add the mushrooms and stew. If water comes out, skim it off.
- Pour in the cream and reduce a little. Now season to taste with the salt and pepper mixture. Fold in the gnocchi and sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
