Creamy nougat dessert with apple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g cream (soft nut nougat cream)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp coffee powder (cappuccino powder)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, fine
  • 100 g cream
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs (cake crumbs)
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • e.g. mint, for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the hazelnut nougat cream with sour cream, sour cream, powdered sugar, cappuccino powder, and cocoa powder until creamy. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the nougat mixture. Peel the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and chop it finely. Toss the apple pieces with lemon juice to prevent them from browning. Divide the cream among 4 glasses. Sprinkle the apple cubes and cake crumbs on top and garnish with a few mint leaves.
