Creamy quark dish with strawberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Puree the strawberries and mix into the quark. Fold in the cream and add sugar to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, ladle the quark into dessert bowls and garnish each with a strawberry or chocolate sprinkles, if desired.
