Creamy rice pudding

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g rice pudding
  • 1 ¾ liters of milk
  • 175 g sugar
  • some cinnamon
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

So easy! Straight from the oven and no stirring required!

Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan assisted). Generously grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Add the rice pudding. Sprinkle with sugar and pour in the milk. Do not stir. Place it in the oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check the pudding halfway through to see if it’s cooked to your liking and add more milk if necessary. But do not stir! Then take it out and let the family marvel! Serve with cherry compote or banana slices in honey-lime sauce.
