Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (Dijonnaise, from Maille – mayonnaise with mustard)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 tbsp herbs (chives, parsley, dill)
- 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 4 tbsp condensed milk or fresh milk

suitable for all leaf salads
Combine all ingredients (except the milk) in a bowl and stir until creamy. Add the milk last; the amount varies depending on whether you prefer a thinner or creamier dressing. This dressing goes particularly well with mixed leaf salads.
