Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (Dijonnaise, from Maille – mayonnaise with mustard)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 tbsp herbs (chives, parsley, dill)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk or fresh milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

suitable for all leaf salads

Combine all ingredients (except the milk) in a bowl and stir until creamy. Add the milk last; the amount varies depending on whether you prefer a thinner or creamier dressing. This dressing goes particularly well with mixed leaf salads.
