Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 200 ml oil, neutral
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 3 tsp baking soda
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super easy and nice and juicy

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. My batter is thick. Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes. I occasionally mix in chocolate chips or sprinkle a jar of sour cherries on top of the batter before baking.
