Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper, to your taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

e.g. to Langosch

Combine the sour cream and sour cream in a bowl. Mix together. Peel the garlic and press it through a press. Season with salt and pepper to taste. It’s just as suitable for salads as it is for langosh.
