Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta
- 200 g smoked salmon (wild salmon)
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g cream
- 100 g vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- dill
- possibly cherry tomatoes

Cook the pasta in salted water as usual until al dente. Dice the onion and fry in oil until golden. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, add them, and fry with the onions for about 3 minutes. Deglaze with stock and reduce the heat to low. Add the cream, season with wine, and season to taste. Mix with the still-hot pasta, sprinkle with dill, and serve immediately. Tips: You can liven up the sauce with a few halved cherry tomatoes. Simply add it with the cream. It’s best to use pasta with a large surface area, such as spiral pasta. The salmon should fall apart, which gives the sauce its creaminess.
