Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 50 g sugar, brown
- 1 ½ dl apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- black pepper, freshly ground
- 200 g white cabbage, grated
- 200 g red cabbage, grated
- 200 g carrot(s), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
with two kinds of cabbage and carrots
For the sauce, mix all ingredients (except vegetables) thoroughly and let it sit for a while. Then, add the cabbage and carrots to a bowl, pour the sauce over them, mix well, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Tip: For a fiery twist, add a little Tabasco; for a more exotic twist, add 1-2 cm of grated ginger. Note: The time will be longer if you grate the cabbage and carrots yourself.
