Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g dark chocolate, 70%
- 50 g peppermint chocolate sticks, or After Eight
- 500 ml milk, 3.5% fat
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, real bourbon
- 30 g cornstarch
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg(s), whole
- some flavoring (mint flavor – Monin), to taste

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 17 minutes

Chop the chocolate and peppermint chocolate sticks in a mixing bowl for 10 seconds/speed 8. Attach the whisk attachment. Add the remaining ingredients, except the mint flavoring, and cook for 7 minutes/100°C/speed 2-3. Pour the mint flavoring through the lid opening and continue stirring for 10 seconds. Pour the pudding into a bowl or small dessert glasses and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve with peppermint chocolate sticks and a mint leaf.
