Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed, approx. 500 g
- 3 tomatoes, fresh
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Sugar
- oregano
- some cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel and chop the fresh tomatoes, then add them to a pot with the passata and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then season with salt, pepper, sugar, paprika, and oregano. Now add the cream cheese and puree everything with a hand blender. Strain through a sieve and bring back to a boil briefly. Divide between two soup bowls and sprinkle the hot soup with cheese at the table.
