Curry cream – meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg roast turkey (alternatively roast pork)
  • 20 g flour
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • some processed cheese (2 wedges)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with turkey or pork

Place the meat in a greased baking dish. Combine the flour and butter, form it into a ball, and place it in the dish. Whisk together the cream, milk, and spices, then pour over the meat and the butter ball. Cover the baking dish. Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 1 hour. Remove the meat and slice it. Chop the cream cheese into small pieces, add it to the sauce, and beat until creamy (add a little broth if necessary). Arrange the meat on plates and serve.
