- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- salt and pepper

Vegan, low-carb
Chop the cabbage, onion, and garlic cloves. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and chop the avocado. Heat the oil in a large pot. Add the cabbage, sauté, and then simmer with a little water for about 15 minutes. Add the onion, avocado, and garlic and simmer for another 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and chili.
