Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 pts. puff pastry, round shape
- 1 kg leaf spinach, frozen
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 eggs
- 200 g feta cheese
- 250 g sour cream
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 40 g pine nuts
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Thaw the spinach and squeeze dry after thawing. Place a sheet of dough on a baking sheet and cover with the spinach. Season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Crumble the feta into a bowl and mix with the low-fat quark, sour cream, 2 eggs, and the egg white from the last egg until creamy. Reserve the egg yolk. Press the garlic and add it. Season with salt and pepper and spread the mixture over the spinach. Cover with the second sheet of dough and press the edges together firmly. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake in the oven preheated to 200°C on the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
