Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g cream, chilled
  • 350 g whole milk yogurt
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Whip the chilled cream until semi-stiff or creamy. Mix the yogurt with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Fold in the cream. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker (takes about 30 minutes). Eat as is, or top with fruit or sauces.
