Ingredients

  • 140 g Durum wheat semolina
  • 140 g Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Basil pesto
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

Mix the dough:

  • Mix the flour and semolina. Then stir in the egg and salt. When everything is well mixed, divide the dough into 3 parts. Mix the first batter with the basil pesto, mix the second batter with the tomato paste and the third batter is left without adding.

Shape pasta:

  • It is now up to you which shape you want the pasta to be. You can either roll the noodles flat and cut into strips, shape butterfly noodles or shape notes as in the picture above. To shape the notes you have to cut a piece of any dough and shape it into a ball. This ball is then rolled out and can then be shaped into a clef, for example.
  • Finally, everything only needs to be dried for 1 day.
