Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 ml cream
- 6 egg yolks
- 50 g sugar
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- some cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or other suitable container and blend with a hand blender until the sugar is completely dissolved. Divide the cream into 6 small ovenproof bowls and place in a preheated oven at 110°C for approximately 35 minutes. If the cream isn’t completely set after this time, simply add more sugar. Sprinkle each bowl with a little cane sugar to lightly cover the surface. Caramelize the sugar using a small blowtorch.
