Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 125 g sugar
- ½ liter of milk
- Butter for the molds
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Melt the powdered sugar. Butter small molds (or cups) and pour in the caramel. Whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, regular sugar, and half a liter of milk. Pour the caramel into the molds and place them in a water bath, making sure the pots are two-thirds submerged. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45-50 minutes.
