Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg turkey schnitzel
- 1 can/n fruits, mixed
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup of milk
- some broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the turkey schnitzel into bite-sized pieces and sear. Deglaze with cream and milk. Add the curry and a little instant stock directly to the liquid. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Finally, add the fruit without the juice and heat until hot. Side dish: rice.
