Shortcrust :
- 200 g Sifted flour
- 125 g Diced butter
- 100 g Sugar

Filling:
- 400 ml Milk
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
stir in the pudding:
- 400 g Creme fraiche Cheese

- 1 packet Red cake topping
- 250 ml Sour cherry juice
- 2 tablespoon Sugar

- 200 g Liquid cream
- 1 packet Cream stiffener

- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
