Cremefine – Yogurette muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 240 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 140 g sugar
  • 80 g rapeseed oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 ml Cremefine
  • 8 bars of chocolate (Yogurette)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tin with baking cups or grease it well. Cut the Yogurette bars into thin slices or simply chop them roughly. Mix all the dry ingredients, including the pudding mix, with the Yogurette crumbs in a large mixing bowl. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients and then quickly fold into the flour mixture. Don’t overmix, or the muffins won’t be as fluffy. Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin tins using two spoons and bake on the middle rack for about 25 minutes (this varies depending on your oven, so it’s best to do a skewer test). ProPoints: 8 points per muffin.
