Creole chicken breast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breasts (approx. 600 g)
  • 30 g sesame, white
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 tsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch of chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the crushed tomatoes with the garlic, mustard, oil, soy sauce, honey, and chili. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a casserole dish (the fillets should just fill the dish when placed side by side) with oil. Add the chicken fillets, pour the sauce over them, and cover with aluminum foil. Roast the chicken fillets in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. After 10 minutes of cooking, remove the foil, sprinkle the chicken fillets with sesame seeds, and fry until crispy. Serve with rice and summer vegetables.
