Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 cup of yogurt (150 g)
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Chocolate, dark, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and then bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. Top with chocolate icing or decorate.
