Crêpes with sour cherries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g flour, sifted
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 25 g butter, melted
  • 1 jar sour cherries, pitted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk. Heat a small crepe pan and pour some batter into the pan. Swirl the pan to spread the batter evenly (just enough to coat the bottom of the pan). Lightly brown on both sides over medium heat. Keep the finished crepes warm in the oven and then serve rolled up and topped with the sour cherries.
