Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 50 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp, heaped garden cress
  • n. B. Nasturtium flower(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

as an extra with nasturtium

In a small mixing bowl, thoroughly mix the cream cheese and sour cream. Season with lemon juice, pepper, and a little salt. Cut the garden cress with kitchen scissors and fold it into the cream cheese mixture. When serving, garnish with flower strips and a whole nasturtium flower. It goes perfectly with grilled meat or fried fish, with boiled potatoes, or simply on bread.
