Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp paprika paste
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy. Stir in the tomato and bell pepper paste and season with salt, freshly ground pepper, and chili powder. Roll the butter into a log or place it in small bowls and refrigerate. The butter is especially delicious with ribs, grilled lamb steaks, and poultry. This quantity makes approximately 10 servings of 15 g each.
