Cress – Feta – Cucumber – Quark

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark, low-fat
  • 125 g feta cheese (cow’s milk feta)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 box of cress
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Crumble the feta with a fork, add the quark and sour cream, harvest the cress, coarsely grate the cucumber, add both, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. It’s a great spread on baguettes and mild breads. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
