Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g spelt flour
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml oil
- Salt
- 100 g pumpkin seeds
- 100 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Make a dough from the spelt flour, water, oil, and salt. Let the dough rest for 1 hour. Roll it out thinly on a baking sheet and prick it several times with a fork. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and cheese over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Cut the bread into rectangles while it’s still warm.
