Crispy baked baguette slices

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s)
  • 100 g cheese, to taste (Gouda, Emmental, sheep’s cheese)
  • 100 g salami, to taste (turkey, beef)
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice the baguette. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the cheese, salami, and cooked ham into very small pieces. Add the crème fraîche and oregano, mix well, and season with a little salt and plenty of pepper. Spread the mixture evenly onto the baguette slices and arrange the bread on the baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C.
