- 1 baguette(s)
- 100 g cheese, to taste (Gouda, Emmental, sheep’s cheese)
- 100 g salami, to taste (turkey, beef)
- 100 g cooked ham
- 200 g crème fraîche
- oregano
- salt and pepper

for guests, quick to make!
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice the baguette. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the cheese, salami, and cooked ham into very small pieces. Add the crème fraîche and oregano, mix well, and season with a little salt and plenty of pepper. Spread the mixture evenly onto the baguette slices and arrange the bread on the baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C.
