Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 tomatoes (plum tomatoes)
- Sea salt
- Pepper, from the mill
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 6 tbsp olive oil

Oven promoters
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Halve the tomatoes and remove the stems. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and place them cut-side up in a large, shallow baking dish. Wash and dry the parsley, finely chop it, and place it in a bowl. Peel the garlic and press it in. Stir in the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Spread this mixture over the tomatoes and press firmly. Bake for 30 minutes, until the crispy topping on the tomatoes is brown.
