Crispy celery spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 4 stalk(s) celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly grated cheese
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil water for spaghetti. Chop the celery. Finely chop or press the garlic clove. Cook the spaghetti al dente. Just before it’s cooked through, briefly fry the celery in olive oil, add the garlic and sambal, season with pepper and a little salt. Drain the spaghetti and mix everything together. Grate the cheese over the top, if desired.
